One oil brand, many vehicle types

An OEM approval mark on the oil label indicates that the product has been tested and approved for a specific engine. This confirms that the oil meets and often exceeds the manufacturer’s requirements for protection, durability, and performance.

Rubia TIR and Rubia Optima A Consistent Approach to Quality

The Rubia range features two main product lines. Rubia TIR was developed for older trucks and has been a proven choice for fleets with a mixed vehicle fleet for years. Rubia Optima, on the other hand, is a newer line designed for the latest engines, but in most cases versatile enough to be used in older models as well. As a result, it often simplifies oil management across the entire fleet.

Modern Formulations for Today’s Fleets

Rubia Optima 4100 XFE 5W-30 is a Low-SAPS synthetic engine oil designed for modern diesel engines in heavy-duty trucks. When used in state-of-the-art, specialized engines, this product significantly reduces fuel consumption. The oil meets the requirements of the API FA-4 standard and has received approvals from manufacturers such as Volvo VDS-5, Renault Trucks RLD-5, Mack EO-S 5, and DTFR 15C130. Thanks to Inno-Boost technology, the oil oxidizes to a very limited extent, maintains stable viscosity, and supports long-lasting engine protection and cleanliness. Its formulation helps reduce fuel consumption, protects the exhaust aftertreatment system - including the DPF - and allows for maximum mileage between oil changes. Rubia Optima 4100 XFE 5W-30 meets the needs of modern transport fleets that prioritize operational efficiency, reduced operating costs, optimized fuel consumption, and compliance with OEM requirements.
